Ruth is a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend her. Firstly, she takes the time to get to know you and your context. Secondly, she remembers this context in future visits - something I find very rare in the medical profession today. She is a great listener and takes the time to review all options in a way that is understandable. She has been an outstanding GP for me and for my teenage daughter over the last 7 years. Her team at Cleveland Clinic is incredibly professional and every visit there is always smooth and without waiting.

Dr Whitby is an excellent doctor. She is a great listener, sympathetic, very thorough and always thoughtful. I cannot recommend her more highly. I always leave her feeling better!
